Event Postponement or Rescheduling: if the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If ticket holders cannot attend the rescheduled event, a refund request may be submitted within a specified time frame, as determined by the event organizer.
Changes to the Lineup or Venue: The event lineup, schedule, and venue are subject to change. Refunds will not be issued due to changes in performers, supporting acts, or venue unless the event is entirely canceled.
Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizer (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other emergencies) except as required by law or at the discretion of the event organizer.
Lost Tickets: If you cannot find your ticket in your email upon purchase, please contact the organizer to check your order through our administrative site.
Entry Denial or Ejection: No refunds will be provided if a ticket holder is denied entry or removed from the event due to non=compliance with venue plolcies, illegal activity, or disorderly conduct.
Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be entitiled to a full refund of the ticket price (excluding service fees). Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method or as directed by the event organizer.
Tickets are transferable until three days prior to the event unless otherwise stated by the organizer. This is subject to change.
We are an 18+ event. If you are entering with alcohol, a legal I.D. must be presented. Children will not be allowed in without an written-permission from the organizers.
Waiver of Liability
This waiver is a comprehensive legal document designed to protect the organizers of the Beyond Existence music event at Valkyrie Ranch in Paige, Texas, from legal liability and set terms for participation. Here's a breakdown of the major components:
1. Acknowledgment and Agreement to Terms
Participation Acknowledgment: By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you acknowledge the risks associated with the event and agree that you're in good physical condition to participate.
Compliance: You're agreeing to comply with the event rules, as well as the instructions provided by the event organizers and venue owners, including Beyond Entertainment LLC and Valkyrie Ranch.
2. Assumption of Risk
Outdoor and Physical Activity Risks: the event takes place in an outdoor, rocky, wooded area with inherent dangers like injuries from terrain, weather, wildlife, and accidents.
Alcohol-Related Risks: drinking is allowed and participants assume the risks associated with alcohol, including impaired judgment and potential harm.
Assumption of Risks: By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you're accepting all risks involved, including injuries or death, arising from participation in the event.
3. Drug and Alcohol Policy
Age Restriction: No one under 21 can drink alcohol at the event.
Alcohol Consumption: If you're over 21, you may bring your own alcohol, but you're expected to consume it responsibly.
Prohibited Drugs: The use of illegal drugs or abuse of legal substances is strictly prohibited.
Responsibility: You assume responsibility for your actions if you consume alcohol and understand the organizers may intervene if necessary.
4. Release, Waiver, and Indemnification
Release of Liability: You agree to release the event organizers (the "Released Parties") from any liability related to injury, death, or damage to property.
Indemnification: You're agreeing to protect the organizers from any legal claims arising from your participation. This section includes negligence or even gross negligence by the organizers.
No Lawsuits: You covenant not to sue the event organizers for any damages, injury, or loss related to your participation.
5. Media/Photo Waiver
Use of Media: The event organizers are permitted to take photos, videos, or recordings of participants. By attending, you're consenting to the use of these materials for promotion, advertising, or publication without compensation.
6. First Aid
No Obligation for First Aid: The organizers are not required to provide first aid or rescue services, although they may do so voluntarily. If they attempt to provide assistance, it falls under the liability waiver. There WILL be Emergency Medical Services on site.
7. Personal Property
No Responsibility for Personal Items: The organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property you bring to the event.
8. Weapons Prohibition
Weapons Ban: The event explicitly bans weapons (including guns, knives, etc.). If you bring any, they will be confiscated.
9. Final Acknowledgment
Understanding and Acceptance: by purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you agree that you've read and fully understand the waiver, are aware you're giving up significant legal rights, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
